Anatomy of an Apricot Sunset

Sometimes, you just have to stop the car and take that picture… despite my lack of an amazing camera that could do these scenes justice!

  • Picture 1: View down Winchbottom Lane, Flackwell Heath.
  • Picture 2: Sun through trees near darling daughter’s house.
  • Picture 3: Sunset cresting through trees…
  • Picture 4: Apricot sun has faded to a solid pink… view from Handy Cross to Lane End, Buckinghamshire.

Have a lovely Thursday evening, everyone! Kick your feet up and make it an event… after all, tomorrow is Friday!

Mother Hen

p.s. Apologies for the blurry shots… unlike my wonderful photographer friends, I have no whizzy whiz-gig camera, and am reliant on my Samsung Note 3. And the sun is, sadly, remarkably unphotogenic. It is always so much more glorious in real life! 🙂
